New Mask Guidelines, Same Disinfecting Guidelines

August 5, 2021 by Team Everwipe

The CDC has continued to revise its position on mask guidelines throughout 2021. After several months of a fully eased mandate for fully vaccinated individuals — one that essentially lifted all restrictions for those who could prove their status– the CDC just released new guidance strongly encouraging everybody to wear a mask “indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission”. As America continues the race to reach critical mass of vaccinations, mask guidelines seem to continue evolving and changing.

One thing that has remained constant, however, is the guidance and recommendation on cleaning and disinfecting protocol for commonly touched areas. While it’s been widely accepted that the virus is primarily airborne, covid (and other pathogens) can still survive and be transmitted on surfaces. For schools, homes, offices, fitness centers, hospitality venues, retailers, and beyond, disinfecting commonly touched areas has remained a core staple of an effective cleaning and disinfecting protocol. The covid -19 virus continues to adapt and present new challenges as the recent Delta variant has demonstrated. New mutations may potentially present increased transmission on surfaces and a proactive approach to disinfecting surfaces is the prudent decision.

Our team at Everwipe has been working closely with our partners all across the country to ensure that we’re offering the most up-to-date and effective disinfecting and cleaning equipment possible. We promote and endorse following all CDC guidelines and prioritizing N-List disinfectant wipes, particularly those manufactured with pride in the United States. As guidelines evolve and our nation continues its journey to a full re-opening, our Everwipe team remains committed to evolving with the times and continuing to serve our partners across the country with our 100% made-in-America cleaning and disinfecting products.

If you have any questions about how to ensure your disinfecting protocol is most up-to-date, reach out to us.

Re-Opening Schools Safely per CDC Guidelines

July 15, 2021 by Team Everwipe

As the country continues to fully re-open, and our children re-enter our classrooms, we’re putting our cleaning protocols to the test more than ever. The CDC recently announced new guidelines, with an emphasis on full re-opening in the fall. Proper hygiene, effective monitoring, masking, and physical distancing are all key components of the new guidance.

Our team at Everwipe took a particular interest in the cleaning and disinfecting protocol page, which outlines guidance for consistently removing germs and contaminants from commonly touched areas. Despite the fact that most coronavirus transmission occurs through air particulates, maintaining proper surface cleanliness has always been, and will continue to be, a crucial component of keeping classrooms clean and safe.

Each classroom should be fitted with proper wipe dispensing systems, and stocked with the right disinfectant wipes that can both clean and disinfect surfaces. As children begin to re-enter classrooms, we’re prepared to meet the increasing demand for these products to ensure that we can surfaces clean, and keep our schools open.

We encourage you to take a look through the new guidelines and recommendations and reach out to us with any questions you may have about building an effective cleaning and disinfecting protocol.

If you have any questions, always feel free to reach out to our team.
